Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access has been provided. This includes downloads, templates, guides, prompts, and online courses.

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or if you decide the product is not suitable for you. 

Services and Coaching

Payments for services, consulting, coaching, or mentorship are non-refundable once work has commenced or the service has been delivered.

If you need to reschedule a booked service, please contact us with reasonable notice.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product or service:

  Is faulty or defective

  Is not as described

  Does not do what it is reasonably expected to do
