Digital Products.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access has been provided. This includes downloads, templates, guides, prompts, and online courses.
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or if you decide the product is not suitable for you.
Services & Coaching.
Payments for services, consulting, coaching, or mentorship are non-refundable once work has commenced or the service has been delivered.
If you need to reschedule a booked service, please contact us with reasonable notice and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Your Consumer Guarantees.
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product or service:
- Is faulty or defective
- Is not as described
- Does not do what it is reasonably expected to do
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply regardless of any other terms in this policy.
Processing Refunds.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
